Sum of target lesions
Web22 Dec 2009 · The sum of the longest diameter of the target lesions (SLD) is calculated. At each time point, the same target lesions are to be measured. Baseline SLD, measured ≤4 weeks before start of treatment, is the reference for assessment of tumour response. Web7 Jan 2024 · Tumor burden was defined as the sum of the diameters of the target lesions, with the initial measurement taken as the baseline sum diameter. Once target lesions were identified, they should be used in subsequent evaluation studies. All other lesions identified are labeled as non-target lesions.
